What you will need!
- Forklift ticket essential
- Customer service skills
- Ability to engage with customers face to face and over the phone
- Warehouse experience
What You Will Be Doing
- Operating forklift
- Pick/packing and dispatching orders
- Supporting customer's at the trade counter and over the phone
- Managing incoming stock
- Providing quotes, advice, and friendly service
- Keeping warehouse/showroom clean and organised
- Customer service
