What you’ll do
You’ll lead programmatic and paid media performance across the agency, ensuring campaigns are delivering strong results while maintaining profitable margins.
You’ll manage media pacing, forecasting and trading efficiency across multiple accounts and channels while identifying opportunities to grow client investment through stronger performance and strategic recommendations.
You’ll also drive adoption of new ad tech, automation and reporting capabilities to improve operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
Alongside this, you’ll mentor and develop a team of media traders and digital specialists, building capability, accountability and a strong performance culture.
You’ll also play a key role in client strategy conversations and new business pitches, bringing both commercial thinking and technical media expertise to the table.
What you’ll need
- Strong experience leading programmatic and paid media operations within an agency environment.
- Deep understanding of DSPs, media buying, audience targeting and performance optimisation.
- Experience managing significant media budgets and delivering against commercial or margin targets.
- A leadership style that combines accountability, coaching and collaboration.
- A commercially minded approach with the ability to balance client outcomes and agency profitability.
- Experience across ad tech, automation or advanced measurement platforms will be highly regarded.
