Based in West Perth, SLS Advisory is a well-established accounting firm providing a full range of services to its clients.

Due to growth and internal promotions, we’re looking for a Receptionist/Client Services Assistant to join our friendly administration team.

This role would suit someone early in their career who is looking to build their skills in a professional office environment. Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not required, as full training and support will be provided.

Reporting to our Practice Manager, you’ll work closely with our Client Services Coordinator and broader admin team to provide day-to-day support and keep the office running smoothly. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, during standard office hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients at reception and answering incoming calls.
  • Assisting with document management, scanning and filing.
  • Supporting collation and DocuSign processes.
  • Helping maintain shared office spaces.
  • Assisting with organising staff events and functions.
  • Booking and coordinating meetings and meeting rooms.
  • Providing general administrative support as required.

  • A professional, friendly and polite manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and good organisation skills.
  • Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office products.
  • A reliable, proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
