What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure site safety, environmental and legislative compliance.
• Lead safe and efficient quarry/mining operations to meet production targets.
• Manage product quality, maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise, develop and support employees and contractors.
• Manage budgets, reporting, procurement and inventory controls.
• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

What You Will Need

• Experience in quarry or mining operations in a supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Drivers licence and reliable transport
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize production costs
• NSW quarry manager licence
