Head of ICT and Digital Learning
Yeshivah - Beth Rivkah Colleges
Yeshivah – Beth Rivkah Colleges is a vibrant Independent School community comprising two Primary Schools, two Secondary Schools, an Early Learning Centre and a Creche. We’re committed to providing an exceptional education for all Jewish children in a safe, welcoming environment and we place our staff at the centre of that mission.
We’re looking for a Head of ICT & Digital Learning; a leader who can bridge two worlds: the technical backbone that keeps a modern school running, and the digital learning capability that elevates teaching and student outcomes.
Why this role matters
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, learning and technology. Someone who can talk confidently about networks and cybersecurity in one moment, and about pedagogy, digital capability and classroom practice in the next. It’s a rare mix; part strategist, part educator, part technologist, and it plays a critical role in shaping how our students experience learning across every campus.
What you’ll lead
You’ll provide strategic leadership, governance and operational oversight across all technology at Yeshivah – Beth Rivkah Colleges, including:
- Teaching & learning technologies: e‑learning, LMS, classroom practice, staff digital capability
- Core ICT infrastructure & services: networks, systems, cybersecurity, devices, vendors and risk
Your work ensures our digital platforms are secure, reliable and fit for purpose, while also enabling stronger pedagogy, smoother curriculum delivery and better student outcomes.
You’ll bring
- Experience leading ICT and digital learning in a complex organisation (education experience highly valued)
- Strong enterprise ICT capability: infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendor management, risk
- Ability to lead pedagogical change through influence, coaching and collaboration
- Experience working effectively with managed service providers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage educators, executives and external partners
- Strategic thinking, delivery discipline and a commitment to Child Safe Standards
- A sound understanding of the Child Safe Standards and a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children.
We can offer you
- Flexibility and work life balance.
- A community school where all are dedicated and passionate about achieving outcomes for all of our students.
- Additional paid public holidays aligned to the Jewish faith
