The Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and commercially driven Bilingual Account Manager to join our growing team.

In this client-facing role, you will act as a trusted point of contact for our clients, delivering value-added support, building long-term relationships, and driving business growth within the fast-paced CFD and financial markets industry.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Utilize your existing contacts to quickly drive revenue for ACY Securities through the promotion of our CFD product.
• Build, maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
• Deliver exceptional education and customer service to both new and existing clients on our products and services.
• Proactively improve business through client referrals, networking, webinars, seminars, and industry contacts.
• Possess the capability to identify high-quality leads and potential partnerships.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
• Bilingual capabilities in an additional language are highly regarded; Mandarin proficiency will be considered a significant advantage.
• We welcome applications from recent graduates who are eager to build a long-term career in financial markets and sales, with structured training and mentoring provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences.
• Previous experience in the finance, banking, or CFD/FX industry, with strong sales and relationship management capabilities, is highly desirable.
• Sound understanding of financial markets and trading products. Existing relationships or networks within the CFD industry will be highly regarded.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
