TRS Resourcing has been asked to source and screen a suitable estimator for our client's site-based work in the Southeastern suburbs.This company is one of Melbourne's leading commercial fit-out main contractors.

You will be responsible for managing your workflow to ensure quotes are created promptly. The candidate for this role must have a trade qualification, post-apprentice experience or prior estimating/scheduling experience. You will price joinery packages, create accurate take-offs, liaise with architects, contractors and clients, and support projects from tender to award.

Successful Candidates Must Be Able To Demonstrate The Following

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, material/labour take-offs and budgets
• Interpret drawings, plans and specifications
• Produce and submit tenders/quotations
• Liaise daily with architects, main contractors, sub-contractors and clients.
• Monitor cost fluctuations, margins, and supplier pricing trends
• Produce reports to review the accuracy of quoting and ensure continuous improvement.
• Can work within a team
• Meet deadlines
