About The Role

Lead the planning and delivery of lifestyle programs that enhance resident wellbeing and engagement. You’ll design meaningful activities, support lifestyle staff and ensure programs align with individual preferences and care plans.

What You’ll Bring

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (preferred)
  • Experience in lifestyle, recreation or wellbeing programs
  • Strong planning and coordination skills
  • Leadership and team support capability
  • Person-centred mindset
