About The Role

You will provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents, while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
• Administer medications and monitor clinical outcomes
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate documentation and care records
• Support and guide care staff on shift

You Will Have

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (Required)
• Experience in aged care (Required)
• Current Police Check (Required)
• Working rights in Australia (Required)
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• A team player with a positive and proactive approach
• Passionate about delivering high-quality resident care
