We're hiring a Sales Coordinator to manage our pipeline, prepare EOIs and tenders, and build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

This role blends business development, estimating, and client management ideal for someone who enjoys variety, owns their pipeline, and wants direct access to senior decision-makers.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll support business growth through client engagement, tender coordination, and accurate estimating of structural steel projects. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions from EOI through to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline for structural steel fabrication and erection projects
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Prepare clear, accurate Expressions of Interest (EOIs), tenders, and proposals
  • Follow up on submitted EOIs and tenders, and attend client meetings and site visits
  • Manage tender submissions and support contract negotiations
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in structural steel fabrication, erection, and related services
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Consult with clients, suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to clarify scope and resolve issues
  • Support pre-site and onsite teams to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Prepare regular sales reports and share client feedback with internal teams

About You

  • 2–3 years' experience in a sales or business development role
  • Demonstrated experience in construction estimating and/or business development within the property or construction sector
  • Strong understanding of steel fabrication and erection (highly regarded)
  • Experience preparing or interpreting detailed drawings and project plans
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Estimating), Project Support (Estimating), or equivalent
  • Experience with job management or project management software
  • Valid NSW Driver's Licence
