$80K–$85K Base + UNLIMITED COMMISSIONS

CMBM Facility Services is looking for an experienced and motivated Client Services Manager to join our growing Cairns team.

This is a mobile, client-facing role managing cleaning and facility service delivery across multiple sites while building strong relationships with clients and teams.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in the cleaning industry or similar service-based industries
• Has strong customer service and relationship skills
• Is organised, proactive, and confident using technology
• Holds a current QLD Driver’s Licence

Experience in cleaning, facilities management, hospitality, operations, or service delivery highly regarded.
