Exciting opportunity for a Senior Banking lawyer to join an expanding listed corporate! Joining a high calibre, collegiate in-house legal team you will support the growth of the business by advising on a range of complex and high value financing transactions (including corporate, project finance). You will also work closely with the business and other stakeholders providing advice and guidance.

Skills & experience

The successful candidate will have at least 8 years pae in Banking Law gained at a major law firm and potentially also in-house or on secondment. In addition, quality international experience would also benefit your application. You will also be commercially minded and a strong communicator, able to build relationships with a range of sophisticated stakeholders.
