Hiring for Sr. CRM QA Engineer.

MS CRM (Dynamics 365) QA Engineer – Manual & Automation

• Experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 / MS CRM applications.
• Hands-on expertise in manual testing: functional, regression, integration, and UAT support.
• Strong understanding of CRM entities, workflows, plugins, security roles, and configurations.
• Experience in test design, test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools like selenium
• Ability to automate CRM UI and API-based test scenarios.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers and business stakeholders.

Note- Must have valid Australian work Authorization.
