Senior Account Manager – OOH

• Up to $130K base + super + commissions on offer – depending on experience

Our client is a rapidly expanding media and infrastructure business, operating a premium out-of-home network across key metropolitan and high-traffic environments. With significant investment behind them and ambitious growth plans both locally and internationally, they are building a best-in-class commercial team in Sydney.

We are seeking a well-connected agency-facing media sales professional to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening key relationships, and delivering innovative, multi-platform advertising solutions to both agency and direct clients.

Your Role

• Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and direct clients

• Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities

• Develop and deliver compelling, insight-led sales presentations

• Drive revenue growth and consistently exceed sales targets

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions

• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management

• Operate with pace and autonomy in a high-growth environment

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience in media sales within the Sydney market

• Strong agency relationships and a proven ability to win new business

• A commercially driven mindset with a track record of overachievement

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
