AustCorp Executive is partnering with a well-established Australian manufacturing business with a strong reputation and long-standing workforce.

They are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Payroll Officer to join their busy and down-to-earth team, supporting weekly payroll processing along with employee administration and HR support functions.

This is not just a data entry role. It is a key support position where you will play an important part in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Opportunity Working closely with HR and operations, you will support weekly payroll administration across a blue-collar workforce, while assisting with broader employee administration tasks.

Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Supporting weekly payroll processing including timesheets, data entry, payroll checks, and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with onboarding, inductions, and employee administration
  • Coordinating licences, medicals, site requirements, and certifications
  • Preparing employment contracts, letters, and payroll/HR documentation
  • Maintaining accurate employee files and compliance records
  • Providing general administration support across a busy operational team

About You

  • Previous payroll and administration experience
  • High attention to detail and confidence working with numbers, systems, and timesheets
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or blue-collar environment
  • Experience with systems such as MYOB, Xero, Employment Hero or similar highly regarded
  • Reliable, organised, and takes pride in delivering accurate work

Due to the office location you will need a car and driver’s licence, as there is no public transport in the area.
