You will —

• Coordinate import and export shipments across air and sea freight (FCL & LCL)
• Liaise with customers, overseas agents, carriers, transport providers, brokers, and warehouse teams
• Manage shipment documentation and ensure timely, accurate processing
• Arrange cartage and coordinate deliveries for inbound and outbound shipments
• Monitor cargo availability, shipment progress, and customer deadlines
• Work closely with the 3PL warehouse team on container and stock movements
• Provide proactive updates and high levels of customer service to key clients

You have —

• 1+ years freight forwarding operations / customer service experience.
• CargoWise experience
