Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions within SAP ISU FICA environments.
• Perform SAP S/4HANA configuration and support implementation activities for FICA modules.
• Manage and support FICA functionalities including Payment Processing, Dunning & Collections, Instalment Plans, Clearing Control, Security Deposits, Refunds, Write-offs, and Reversals.
• Work closely with Billing & Invoicing, SAP FI, and external payment platform integrations to ensure seamless business operations.
• Handle BAU production support, minor enhancements, change requests, functional specifications, configuration documentation, and system maintenance activities.

Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ISU FICA configuration and support.
• Expertise in Payment Processing, Dunning, Collections, Instalment Plans, Clearing, Refunds, Security Deposits, and related FICA processes.
• Experience integrating SAP ISU FICA with Billing & Invoicing, SAP FI, and external payment systems.
• Good exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments with knowledge of BRF+ and ABAP debugging for issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills with experience in BAU AMS support environments.
