Reporting line: Directly to Australia Country Manager

To establish and develop our Australia market, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, dynamic sales professional – the spearhead of our market presence in Australia.
Your responsibilities – driving forward with energy
1.Market Development & Strategy:
- Responsibility for market entry and systematic expansion of our sales activities in Australia
- Development of a regional sales strategy in coordination with HQ
- Identification of market potentials, target groups, and competitors
- Building a reliable network in the industry (distributors, installers, EPCs, wholesale)
2.Sales & Customer Management:
- Active support and development of distribution and wholesale partners
- Acquisition of new sales partners and installers
- Conducting product trainings, webinars, and on-site presentations
- Negotiation of offers and contracts up to closing
- Responsibility for achieving sales targets and KPIs
3.Brand Representation & Market Presence:
- Building trust and brand awareness among relevant target groups
- Participation in regional trade fairs, events, and industry meetings
- Close cooperation with marketing to develop local campaigns
- Monitoring and sharing market trends and customer feedback
What you bring – what we are looking for:
- Several years of experience in technical sales – ideally in PV, storage, inverters, or related technologies
- Proven track record in building and expanding sales structures
- Network in the Australia solar/energy industry is an advantage
- Basic technical understanding and enthusiasm for renewable energy
- Initiative, closing strength, and perseverance
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and professional demeanor
- Willingness to travel within Australia and occasionally to other European countries
- Fluent in English.
