Business Development Manager - Technology Sales

Business Development Manager - Software & Technology (Network/experience within Mining/Natural Resources/Heavy Industries preferred)

c$150K base + super + uncapped OTE - Sydney/New South Wales based role.

Our client is a highly innovative and fast growth software and technology business that specialises in software and technology for the heavy industries verticals. Their software is focused on risk mitigation and injury prevention as well as delivering huge cost savings for their clients. Our client has the feel and excitement of a start up company whilst benefiting from having the market presence and backing of their larger parent company.

As a result of further new business wins and additional investment, they want to hire a new Business Development Manager to further expand on the good work and great clients they've already won.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• New business / Hunter mindset and ability
• Strong background in selling software and technology (Mining / Resources / Heavy Industry experience a nice to have)
• Track record of success in the Sydney / NSW market
• Strong sales methodology / structure e.g. Miller Heiman etc
• Consultative approach to new business sales with an ability to sell complex solutions into senior decision makers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
