WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our growing agency and play a key role in driving performance for our clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and scaling affiliate marketing programmes across a portfolio of eCommerce brands, building strong relationships with partners to deliver high-quality traffic and conversions. You’ll oversee day-to-day programme optimisation, identify new growth opportunities, negotiate and ensure campaigns are tracked, analysed, and continuously improved. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly organised, and confident working in a fast-paced environment where performance and results are at the centre of everything. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE?

• Experience in affiliate marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of how affiliate programmes and partnerships operate
• Confident working with data and performance metrics (e.g. CPA, ROAS, AOV, conversion rates)
• Experience using affiliate networks or tracking platforms (e.g. Awin, Rakuten, Silverbean, Partnerize, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimise campaigns based on performance insights
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial mindset with a focus on driving growth and results
