Technical Support and Configuration Analyst

• $100k - 115k plus super (permanent)
• Sydney or Melbourne considered
• 3 days onsite, WFH Monday and Friday

Bring configuration in-house and help deliver a major insurance platform rollout.

This is a hands-on configuration and support role within a small transformation team delivering a new underwriting and claims platform across multiple business units. You will translate business needs into system changes, support releases and help stabilise the platform as it transitions into BAU.

You will join a close-knit configuration team partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver configuration on a new underwriting and claims platform within the context of a larger transformation across the next years.

Duties and responsibilities include

• Configure and support changes across the underwriting and claims platform
• Translate business requirements into system configuration and updates
• Produce and maintain clear documentation for changes, releases and processes
• Support release coordination activities and rollouts
• Coordinate across business and technical stakeholders to progress system changes
• Assist with transition from rollout delivery into BAU support

We are looking for someone with

• Strong platform configuration, application support or systems support experience
• Experience coordinating system changes, releases and related documentation
• Confident communication skills across business and technical teams
• Insurance industry experience (highly desirable)
• Underwriting and insurance systems exposure (highly regarded)
• A pragmatic, detail-oriented approach in fast-moving delivery environments
