Commercial Property Manager

Our client is a private investment business with a combination of owned and managed commercial assets. They have multiple offerings of investment, Property Management, Sales & Leasing and Building & Construction.

This role will suit an experienced Residential Property Manager or someone currently working in an Assistant level role within a Commercial team, ready to take the next step and manage their own Portfolio.

This rewarding position offers the opportunity to manage a growing Commercial Portfolio, you will also be responsible for:

• Proactively developing relationships with both tenants and owners
• Financial management, reporting and invoicing
• Conducting rent reviews
• Attending to maintenance issues and liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
• Any other general administrative tasks required

To be considered you will have already attained your WA Property Management Registration or be undertaking the process. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success. Customer service and communication is key, so a high level of delivery and quick response time is expected.

With a strong team culture already in place, our client is seeking someone with a bright and outgoing personality, professional presentation with mature attitude and the ability to demonstrate flexibility within a small, close knit office environment. You will have strong computing skills across Microsoft Office suite and ideally experience trust accounting.
