An opportunity exists for an experienced Project Communications Lead to support a major workplace transformation program and office relocation initiative for an initial 12 month contract + likely extensions.
This role will be responsible for developing and delivering communication and engagement strategies that ensure employees remain informed, engaged, and supported throughout the transition to a new workplace environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving clarity, minimising disruption, and supporting a positive employee experience during a significant period of change.
The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage communications across a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication and engagement plans aligned to project milestones and workplace strategy
- Translate complex project information into clear, engaging communications for a range of audiences
- Deliver consistent messaging across multiple communication channels
- Partner with project working groups and key stakeholders to support change readiness and employee engagement initiatives
- Design and deliver campaigns to support new ways of working and transition activities
- Develop communication toolkits, FAQs, briefing packs, and key messaging for leaders
- Support the coordination of engagement activities including launch events and site tours
- Prepare governance updates, reporting communications, and stakeholder materials
- Track communication effectiveness and engagement outcomes
- Create and manage content across internal communication channels, including intranet and project information hubs
- Ensure all communications align with organisational brand tone and values
