We’re looking for a motivated and digitally savvy professional to help coordinate and optimise Rocky Bay’s digital fundraising presence across campaigns, donor communications and supporter engagement activities. This role combines creativity, data-driven thinking, and relationship building to help grow fundraising outcomes and strengthen donor experiences.
Working as part of a collaborative and values-driven team, you’ll contribute to integrated campaigns, supporter journeys, digital content, and database management while helping drive innovation across fundraising technologies and platforms.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and response
- Strong understanding of CRMs, database management, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement experience
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Desirable experience includes:
- Fundraising, donor relations, or digital marketing experience
- Experience using Salesforce or similar database/e-marketing platforms
- Content writing and storytelling across digital channels
- Experience in the disability or not-for-profit sector
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate digital fundraising campaigns and supporter communications
- Create engaging fundraising content and donor journeys
- Support donor database management and audience segmentation
- Use analytics and insights to improve fundraising performance and engagement
- Strengthen Rocky Bay’s brand through digital storytelling and engagement
- Build relationships with supporters, stakeholders, and community networks
- Support fundraising operations, reporting, and administrative processes
