The Appointment

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor for a 3 month temporary assignment with the potential to extend. You'll support recruitment for site-based roles, with a strong focus on high volume blue collar hiring. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive team environment and make a real impact on project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment of trade, maintenance and production roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment timelines
• Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines across multiple disciplines
• Support large-scale recruitment campaigns and project mobilisations
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in the ATS
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and uphold recruitment best practices

The Appointee

• Strong recruitment or talent acquisition background, ideally within mining, construction or heavy industry blue collar workforce environments
• Ability to manage high volume and competing priorities with professionalism
• Confident liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
• Comfortable completing pre-employment medical and criminal history check as part of the process
