About Our Client

Our client is a well-established WA property group with a strong reputation across commercial property, development and investment. With continued growth across their commercial portfolio, they are seeking a Property Administrator to support the team across day-to-day operations, property management and office coordination.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the directors and wider property team, you will be responsible for the administrative function of the office, and act as an all-rounder for tasks across commercial property management, accounting and leasing functions, while also assisting with general office coordination and team support.

This role will suit someone with previous commercial property or real estate administration experience who enjoys variety, thrives in a team-focused

environment and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly.

About You

  • Previous experience within commercial property or real estate administration
  • Strong attention to detail and financial acumen
  • Confident communication skills and professional presentation
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and admin savvy
  • Cirrus8 experience highly regarded
