The Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Strategy Consultant / Test Manager to support a major ERP replacement program.

This role will focus on developing and delivering a comprehensive test strategy across a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative with significant technology and architectural impact.

We are looking for someone who has successfully delivered test strategies across complex programs and can engage confidently with senior stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an enterprise-wide test strategy for a complex ERP replacement program
• Define testing approach, governance, scope, risks, environments, and quality controls
• Work closely with business, architecture, delivery, and vendor teams
• Establish testing standards and delivery frameworks across the program
• Identify testing risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Support planning across SIT, UAT, integration, data migration, and non-functional testing
• Provide strategic guidance across testing and quality assurance activities

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience developing test strategies across large enterprise transformation programs
• Strong ERP testing experience
• Experience across complex technology and architecture landscapes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capability
• Ability to operate across multiple delivery streams and vendors
• Experience within retail environments highly regarded
• Strong understanding of enterprise testing methodologies and governance

Nice to Have

• Experience across ERP replacement or transformation programs
• Exposure to retail enterprise systems and integrations
• Experience working within multi-vendor delivery environments
