The Role

We are currently seeking both a Senior Test Analyst and Test Analyst with strong Salesforce testing experience to join a large enterprise program based in Melbourne.

This role will involve working across Salesforce platforms and integrated enterprise systems, supporting end-to-end testing activities across SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery outcomes across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end testing across Salesforce platforms and integrated systems
• Develop and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing
• Validate APIs, interfaces, and downstream integrations
• Raise, track, and manage defects through to resolution
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and vendors
• Support test reporting, governance, and quality processes
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and delivery activities

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience testing Salesforce platforms
• SIT
• UAT
• Regression Testing
• Integration Testing
• API testing experience
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Strong defect management and reporting capability

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud exposure
• Automation testing experience
• Experience with API tools such as Postman or Rest Assured
• Experience across enterprise transformation programs
