We are seeking a Power BI Designer to join our analytics team. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI solutions that visualize business data effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong data modelling skills, proficiency in Power BI tools, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful insights.

Responsibilities

Dashboard design: Create interactive dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.

Data modelling: Build efficient data models to ensure performance and scalability.

Requirement gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into BI solutions.

Data integration: Connect Power BI to multiple data sources (databases, APIs, cloud).

DAX calculations: Use advanced formulas for KPIs and complex metrics.

Testing & validation: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports.

User training: Provide guidance and support to business users on Power BI tools.

Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX.

Strong SQL knowledge for data extraction and transformation.

Familiarity with cloud BI platforms (Azure, AWS).

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem solving, and ability to present data insights clearly.
