Head of Payment Strategy | Global Payments | FX & Cross - Border

Global Trade Wallet (AU) Pty Ltd is expanding its global FX and cross-border payment infrastructure and is looking for a Head of Payment Strategy to lead the development of our international payment network.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building scalable payment rails, managing global banking partnerships, and optimizing cross-border settlement capabilities.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in international payments, banking partnerships, and payment infrastructure who can help drive the next stage of our global expansion.

What You Will Do：

• Lead the development of the company’s global payment and settlement strategy
• Build and manage relationships with global banks, correspondent banks, and payment partners
• Develop and optimize payment corridors across key international markets
• Expand the company’s banking network and PSP partnerships
• Improve payment success rates, settlement speed, and transaction costs
• Work closely with Compliance, Treasury, and Operations teams to ensure secure and compliant payment flows
• Support product and business expansion by enabling new payment rails and settlement solutions

What We Are Looking For

• 5–10+ years' experience in payments, FX, cross-border payments, or fintech
• Strong understanding of global payment infrastructure (SWIFT, local rails, settlement networks)
• Experience building relationships with banks, PSPs, or financial institutions
• Knowledge of FX settlement, liquidity management, and payment routing
• Experience working in high-growth fintech or international payment businesses
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to build strategic partnerships
• Fluency in both English and Chinese is a strong advantage.
