The Role

Own strategy and execution across a portfolio of 20–25 client accounts — from smaller budgets to mid sized spenders. You're the strategic partner and advisor clients trust with their growth. Direct creative, architect funnels, and run the pod to ensure the standard never drops.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Audit & Diagnose: Look at a business and immediately see where the funnel's leaking. Spot the bottleneck — creative, landing page, offer, lead quality — and fix it before the client notices the dip.
  • Performance Strategy: Map the path from $1M to $5M. Build the revenue targets, audience strategy, and conversion architecture end-to-end. See the whole picture and execute with precision.
  • Creative Direction: Know why most ad copy fails in the first three seconds. Live in the Ads Library and TikTok Creative Centre. Be sharp with hooks, angles, and scroll-stopping copy that actually converts.
  • Revenue-Led Management: Manage Google and Meta through a revenue lens, not vanity metrics. Know when to kill an ad set and when to scale. Optimise for pipeline, not clicks.
  • High-Level Communication: Speak the language of founders and builders. Don't hide behind CPM data. Translate complex performance metrics into clear, confident updates that make clients feel they're in the best hands they've ever had.

Who You Are

  • Agency Track Record: 2+ years of performance marketing experience in a digital agency. Pure agency experience, the kind where you've juggled high-budget accounts under pressure and deadlines.
  • Google Ads Expert: Deep fluency in Google Ads, GTM, and GA4. You don't just set up campaigns — you architect tracking, debug conversions, and read attribution like a second language.
  • CRO Obsessed: Understand funnel architecture end-to-end. Know copy and conversion optimisation to the inch. Don't just "run traffic" — diagnose the landing page. See a 1% conversion rate and you've already drafted the wireframe brief before anyone asks.
  • High Agency: Don't wait for instructions. Take ownership. If a client has a problem, bring the solution, not the news.
  • Technical Excellence: Expert-level fluency in Meta and Google Ads ecosystems, but you understand that the creative and the offer do the heavy lifting.
