Skills Required

• A strong portfolio of successful intranet implementations.
• Proven experience with SharePoint-based intranet platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills, including but not limited to:
• experience with mapping user journeys in similar projects o content writing for an internal platform such as an intranet
• familiarity with whole-of-government accessibility requirements
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience using PowerShell cmdlets for SharePoint theming, configuration, and site management.
• Knowledge of SharePoint app bar configuration, web parts, and navigation limits (recommended ≤100 links).

Additional Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in managing site associations and navigation constraints.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders on IA and content decisions.
• Sound knowledge of SharePoint best practices for branding, publishing, and site administration.
• Willingness and ability to reconfigure existing hub sites, requiring SharePoint Administrator access.
