Key Responsibilities
Depending On Your Specialisation, Your Day-to-day May Include
- Accounts Payable: End-to-end processing of invoices, statement reconciliations, and managing payment runs.
- Accounts Receivable: Allocating incoming payments, managing collections, and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Payroll: Processing weekly/fortnightly pay cycles, managing superannuation, and ensuring compliance with awards and legislation.
- General Accounting: Assisting with month-end reporting and maintaining accurate financial records.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar finance or transactional accounting role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Xero, MYOB, or Zenith).
- Strong attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
