Contract to 04/12/2026 | Brisbane CBD

We are partnering with a leading Queensland Government statutory authority to recruit an experienced Program Coordinator to support a portfolio of IT/OT projects across cloud, infrastructure, applications, cyber security and data initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of IT/OT projects across multiple workstreams
• Partner with Program Managers to track delivery progress, dependencies and risks
• Maintain governance artefacts including reporting, RAID logs, schedules and project documentation
• Coordinate stakeholders across technical teams, business units and external vendors
• Support project financial activities including forecasting, accruals, invoice processing and budget tracking
• Assist with onboarding activities and PMO governance processes
• Ensure project activities align with security, compliance and operational requirements

What we’re looking for?

• Proven experience as a Program Coordinator within an ICT environment
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades or migration projects
• Strong understanding of project governance, reporting and scheduling principles
• Experience with project financial management including forecasting, accruals and end of month processes
• Experience working across Agile, PRINCE2 or hybrid delivery environments
• Strong skills across Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and MS Excel
• Familiarity with enterprise finance systems such as SAP, Oracle or Finance One
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects
• Previous Queensland Government or utilities sector experience highly regarded
• Exposure to Planisware or P3O environments beneficial
