The Role

From the instant guests arrive, you’ll take the lead in shaping their journey through the venue, ensuring every interaction feels seamless, warm, and memorable.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and effortless professionalism
• Orchestrate reservations, waitlists, and seating across our multi-level space
• Work closely with the floor team to keep service flowing smoothly
• Handle guest enquiries with confidence, care, and quick thinking
• Maintain a polished, inviting host desk and arrival experience
• Jump in to support events and busy service periods when needed

Who You Are

• An experienced host or front-of-house professional who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Naturally warm, engaging, and confident - you make people feel welcome instantly
• Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail
• Calm under pressure, with a solutions-first mindset
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Available for evenings and weekends
