Permanent Medical Receptionist to join our supportive and high-performing team in Toowoomba.

About The Role

You'll be the face of our clinic - welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling billing, and helping keep our day running smoothly. This is a permanent role covering shifts from Monday - Friday, with full training provided to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, ensuring smooth check-ins
• Answer phones, respond to enquiries, and book appointments
• Confirm patient preparation for imaging procedures
• Quote fees and explain Medicare rebates
• Process private, Medicare, DVA, and third-party claims
• Help maximise clinic efficiencies and provide exceptional patient care

About You

• Experience in a customer service or administration role
• Good time management, communication, and computer skills
• A patient-first attitude and positive, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment
• Willingness to learn medical imaging systems (training provided)
