The Opportunity

At K&S Corporation, our People & Culture function has undergone significant transformation since 2024, evolving into a contemporary, customer-focused HR operation supported by a newly implemented HRIS, continuous improvement initiatives and a strong partnership approach across our national business.

We are now seeking a forward-thinking Organisation & Leadership Development Manager to lead leadership capability, learning strategy and organisational development initiatives.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager People & Culture, this highly visible role will shape how leadership, capability and performance are developed across the organisation, ensuring our people are equipped to support future growth and operational success.

Based full-time at our Truganina corporate office, this is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine impact across a national business.

What You'll Be Doing

Leadership & Organisational Development

Design and deliver leadership development initiatives aligned to business priorities

Develop capability frameworks, succession planning and talent development strategies

Partner with leaders and P&C Business Partners to identify capability gaps and development opportunities

Learning & Capability

Lead organisation-wide learning initiatives and engaging development programs

Manage and continuously improve the Learning Management System (LMS)

Develop learning pathways, training modules and digital learning solutions

Monitor learning effectiveness, engagement and compliance outcomes

Drive innovative learning experiences including webinars, lunch & learns and just-in-time learning

Performance Collaboration

Support performance review and calibration processes across the business

Coach leaders on development planning and capability uplift

Build strong relationships across operational and corporate teams

Champion continuous improvement and contemporary ways of working

About You

You're a strategic and hands-on leadership and development professional who thrives in evolving environments and enjoys turning strategy into action.

You'll bring

Experience in Organisational Development, Leadership Development or Learning & Capability roles

Proven capability designing leadership and capability frameworks

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary development practices

Experience managing LMS platforms and digital learning environments

Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills

Excellent communication, project management and analytical capability

Advanced skills across Microsoft Office 365, digital collaboration tools and workforce systems
