Rennly is a growing PropTech group with businesses across project marketing, property management, property sales and property development. Our group includes brands such as Teamlink, HOME789, SBP and other property-related businesses.
We are looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to support content creation, social media, EDM campaigns and property marketing across the group.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, creative, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced property and marketing environment.
About the Role
As a Creative Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create and deliver marketing content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Rednote, EDMs and digital campaigns.
You will be involved in short-form video production, social media content, property marketing materials, event content and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit short-form video content for social media
- Create marketing visuals, including social media posts and EDM graphics
- Manage and schedule social media content across platforms
- Support EDM and email marketing campaigns using Brevo or similar platforms
- Assist with marketing for property listings, projects and promotions
- Capture and produce content for events, site visits and campaigns
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager on campaign execution and content ideas
- Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing requirements
- Maintain organised content and digital asset libraries
- Take ownership of content output, ensuring quality, consistency and timely delivery
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement
About You
We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive and confident in producing content from idea to delivery.
You will bring:
- Strong video editing and content creation skills
- Ability to independently shoot and edit video content
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut and Canva
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality content
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working closely with the Marketing Manager and taking direction
- Proactive, creative and solution-oriented mindset
- Mandarin speaking and writing ability
- Portfolio with actual video and social media content
