Margin Media is a certified HubSpot Partner and award-winning digital agency in North Brisbane. We work exclusively with B2B and service-based businesses, trades, professional services, health, and construction, where lead generation is the whole game.

We already have talented in-house specialists doing the technical heavy lifting. What we need now is someone who can own the client relationship end-to-end. Someone who understands paid ads, SEO/AEO deeply enough to audit campaigns, brief strategy, and speak confidently in a client meeting, but whose real superpower is building trust and keeping accounts thriving.

What’s the role?

You'll manage a portfolio of clients, sitting between them and our delivery team. You're the one clients call, the one who runs the strategy sessions, the one who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. You translate what's happening in the account into insights that help a business owner make better decisions.

This is a step up for the right person, ideally for a strong PPC or digital specialist who's ready to move into a more strategic, client-facing lane.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Managing relationships with a portfolio of growth-focused B2B and lead generation clients
  • Leading strategy conversations and monthly performance reviews with clients
  • Translating marketing metrics into pipeline, revenue and ROI insights
  • Analysing marketing performance across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Working inside CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Podium and other lead management systems
  • Identifying opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates and sales outcomes
  • Coordinating internal resources across paid media, SEO, design and web development
  • Preparing and presenting high-quality monthly reporting with strategic recommendations
  • Ensuring campaigns and marketing activity align with the client's commercial goals

This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between marketing execution and business performance.

Who you are!

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEM/SEO.
  • Comfortable auditing a campaign, spotting issues, and briefing solutions, even if someone else executes
  • A natural communicator, confident in client calls, presentations, and written reports
  • Highly organised, self-directed, and cool under pressure with multiple accounts running at once
  • Strong background in lead generation for service-based businesses
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Podium, GoHighLevel or similar systems
  • Ability to connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes
  • Experience coordinating internal marketing teams to deliver campaigns
  • Someone who genuinely loves digital marketing and wants to grow in the industry
