The Role

You will provide high-quality specialist anaesthetic services across a diverse clinical casemix, including:

• Elective and emergency anaesthesia
• Participation in an on-call roster
• Teaching and supervision of junior doctors and trainees
• Involvement in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement
• Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests

• Total remuneration up to $528,000+
• Base salary up to ~$266K + allowances
• 12.75% superannuation + 17.5% leave loading
• Private practice / right of private practice

Requirements

• Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) or equivalent
• Eligible for Specialist Registration with AHPRA
• Strong commitment to patient-centred care, teamwork, and teaching

• Substantially Comparable (ANZCA)
• UK CCT / Ireland / NZ equivalent pathways
