This is a pivotal role within a high-growth, scale-up environment. Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive HR/ P&C Manager to lead, and evolve the people function as the business continues to expand.
Reporting directly to the executive team, you will take ownership of building HR frameworks, systems, and processes from the ground up and bringing structure where needed while maintaining the agility of a growing organisation.
You’ll play a key role in shaping culture, supporting leaders, and ensuring the business is set up to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and develop the HR function across the business
- Implement fit-for-purpose HR systems, policies, and processes
- Partner with leadership to support organisational growth and capability building
- Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Champion a high-performance, values-driven culture
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in HR, ideally within a high-growth or scale-up environment
- Proven ability to build and implement HR structures and systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working closely with senior leadership
- A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
- Passion for building culture and enabling high-performing teams
