Diploma Educator - Integrated Kindergarten | Long Gully, Bendigo VIC
Part Time | Wednesday-Friday | 18.75 hrs per week
An opportunity is available for an experienced Diploma Educator to join a busy, community-focused integrated kindergarten service in Long Gully, Bendigo.
This is a rewarding role working within a diverse community, including a large cohort of refugee and vulnerable families. The successful educator will be confident building respectful relationships, supporting inclusion, and working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment where responsiveness, initiative, and strong professional judgement are essential.
The service operates two integrated kindergarten programs and is seeking an educator who can confidently step into an established team and contribute from day one.
About you
- Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Demonstrated experience working within early childhood settings beyond placement experience
- Previous experience supporting children and families experiencing vulnerability, disadvantage, or complex needs highly regarded
- Strong understanding of inclusive practice and trauma-informed approaches
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a busy environment
- No visa sponsorship available for this position
The role
- Ongoing part-time position
- Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
- 18.75 hours per week
