Our client, a leading infrastructure and engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide executive and office support within a fast-paced corporate environment.

About The Role

This role provides high-level administrative and organisational support to senior leadership while also supporting the smooth operation of the Perth office environment.

You will play a key role in coordinating schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, onboarding activities and office administration while contributing to a professional and welcoming workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments and meeting coordination
  • Prepare agendas, documentation and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics
  • Support office facilities and administration functions
  • Coordinate office supplies, couriers and service providers
  • Assist with onboarding and employee support activities
  • Support internal events and office communications
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a PA, EA or office support role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office coordination activities
