Our client, a leading infrastructure and engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide executive and office support within a fast-paced corporate environment.
About The Role
This role provides high-level administrative and organisational support to senior leadership while also supporting the smooth operation of the Perth office environment.
You will play a key role in coordinating schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, onboarding activities and office administration while contributing to a professional and welcoming workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments and meeting coordination
- Prepare agendas, documentation and follow-up actions
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics
- Support office facilities and administration functions
- Coordinate office supplies, couriers and service providers
- Assist with onboarding and employee support activities
- Support internal events and office communications
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a PA, EA or office support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office coordination activities
