The Talent Büro is seeking a highly organised, creative and digitally capable Digital Content & Marketing Specialist to support the execution of digital, content and marketing activity across TTB’s Model and Influencer Agency.

This is a multi-faceted role working closely with the managerial team across social media, content design, coordination & planning, website, CRM management, and digital marketing communications.

This role plays an important part in maintaining brand elevation, organisation and day-to-day output across the agency’s digital platforms and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media and Content Management

  • Manage day-to-day social media activity across TTB Models and TTB Influence, primarily across Instagram and TikTok
  • Execute consistent digital output that supports talent growth and brand visibility
  • Maintain a high standard of branding of visual and written outputs
  • Planning, scheduling and publishing of talent content aligned with brand direction and voice
  • Manage content calendars and rollout timelines
  • Monitor platform and industry activity, engagement, trends and performance
  • Liaise with clients, talent and internal teams on all digital assets
  • Coordinate and filing of digital assets

Digital and Marketing Management

  • Ensure digital, CRM, and marketing foundations are organised, current, and effective
  • Design, manage & report on EDMs in line with agency communications
  • Manage day-to-day CRM
  • Website management, including talent profiles, imagery, copy updates and general website administration
  • Support the broader management of digital & internal systems and administration

Ideal Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4+ years experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management or related industry is required
  • Highly organised, proactive and confident managing and planning multiple agency platforms at once
  • Comprehensive understanding of the influencer, model, digital and social media landscape of Instagram, TikTok and current digital trends
  • You have a design eye and meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across both creative, digital and administration tasks
  • Experienced in Meta + Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, CRM, WordPress, email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar), Google suite
  • Proficient video editing skills on Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar
  • Strong written communication and an understanding of tone, brand elevation and execution
  • A real team player who is hands-on, reliable and solutions-focused.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a love for the Fashion, Beauty, Entertainment & Lifestyle industries
