Job Title: Solution Architect - Blue Yonder
Experience: 10+ years
Location: Sydney, Australia - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder Transportation Management (BY TMS) solutions across multiple projects.
- Drive solution design, configuration, optimization, and deployment using industry best practices.
- Analyze customer business processes and align BY TMS functionalities to meet operational requirements.
- Lead system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and transition to steady-state support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and business users to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation.
Skills Required
- 8–20 years of experience with minimum 4 end-to-end BY TMS implementations.
- Strong domain expertise in 3PL, Retail, and CEP (Courier, Express, Parcel) industries.
- Hands-on experience in Blue Yonder Transportation Management solution design and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of system integration, testing, deployment, and process optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
