What You’ll Do
- Convert buyer and landlord leads into listings and successful sales
- Manage apartment sales campaigns from appraisal through to settlement
- Conduct inspections and negotiate with buyers and vendors
- Work closely with marketing to present properties at their best
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide consistent campaign feedback
- Deliver a premium client experience aligned to the MICM brand
What You’ll Bring
- Agent’s Representative Certificate is essential
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Availability to work Saturdays
