Key responsibilities include

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Proactively sourcing and headhunting high-quality talent
• Delivering strong, value-driven shortlists
• Conducting client and candidate meetings to strengthen partnerships
• Operating with accountability while receiving ongoing support and mentorship

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven 360 recruitment experience (agency)
• Strong stakeholder management and business development capability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High levels of organisation, initiative, and professionalism
• A genuine passion for connecting talent with opportunity
