The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Commercial Disputes and Insolvency team in Brisbane.
You will work across a diverse range of complex commercial litigation, insolvency and regulatory matters, including corporate collapse and recovery litigation, director and shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations and high-value commercial disputes. The role offers exposure to sophisticated matters involving multiple jurisdictions, significant commercial risk and high-profile stakeholders.
In addition to managing high-quality disputes work, you will mentor junior lawyers, contribute to business development initiatives and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

The Right Person
You will ideally bring:
- Minimum 6+ years’ PAE in commercial litigation, insolvency and dispute resolution
- Strong technical legal skills and commercial judgement
- Experience managing complex litigation matters and client relationships
- Ability to work effectively across sophisticated and commercially sensitive matters
- Demonstrated mentoring and supervision experience
- Strong ambition and genuine interest in progressing toward partnership within a leading practice
