A well established Perth property team with a strong track record. They work across residential, commercial, and strata focusing on practical solutions, efficiency, and consistent results.

Role & Duties

• Oversee a well-maintained, varied portfolio made up of mixed-use assets
• Attend and host AGMs and strata meetings
• Liaise with owners, councils, and contractors
• Oversee maintenance and repair works
• Ensure adherence to WA Strata Titles legislation

About You

• You're a confident strata professional with more than three years' hands on experience, independently overseeing a portfolio and leading AGM meetings.
