An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Property Administrator to join a professional property investment and development team based in Sydney.
This full-time role is ideal for a well-rounded self-starter with strong administration and accounts experience who is looking to build a long-term career in the property industry.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and reception duties
- Diary, telephone, mail and courier management
- Accounts receivable/payable and basic financial reporting
- Data entry and reporting using XERO accounting software
- Administrative support across property investments and developments
- Report preparation and management of property-related information
- Personal Assistant support to the Managing Director
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ administration experience in a professional office environment
- Previous exposure to the property industry is a requirement
- Experience with payments, reporting and accounts administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and professional
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
